A prefabricated house (prefab) is a dwelling partially constructed at the factory and transported for assembly at the site of the buyer.

The main advantages of a prefab is, the lower construction costs (insurance payments are drastically reduced), less construction time and certainly a very good quality. Also much less stress and anxiety, time spent on site and at contractors premises during construction time. To complete a prefabricated home, three to six months in total is required from the date of your order according to the manufacturers specifications.

There are three main types of prefabricated homes. With precast concrete walls, precast and metal frames or with a wooden prefabricated frame. Each category has a different advantages and disadvantages. Most people do not know how to evaluate a building and for this reason usually follow traditional building methods.
